Occupational health is looking to further improve efficiency and streamline the services we offer. In order to do this, we are moving to electronic systems enabling us to respond quicker and reduce the need to rely on paper, therefore, we are requestingthat all information is now sent to us using an electronic format.  Please note the following:

OH Management Referrals as of the 1^st April 2021 occupational health will no longer accept paper copies of referrals from schools. Schools with access to ERP (previously known as Business World), should continue to use this. If you experience any problems with this system please contact erp@shropshire.gov.uk 

Academy schools

As of 1^st April 2021, Occupational health will no longer accept paper copies of referrals. Please ensure that all referrals are submitted on the most recent version of our referral form, and submitted securely via email to occupationalhealth@shropshire.gov.uk

Medical Questionnaires – Pre-Placement Questionnaires

As of 1^st April 2021 occupational health will no longer accept paper copies of pre-placement questionnaires.

Please ensure all applicants send their pre-placement questionnaires directly to occupational health, securely via email. If the applicant does not have access to a scanner, photographs will be accepted provided they can be read clearly.
