The training has been commissioned by Shropshire Council’s Arts and Festivals Team and funded by Arts Connect West Midlands and is delivered by

award winning digital media artists who work regularly with Wem Town Hall and have extensive experience of working with children, young people and schools.

 Monday 17th March - 9.30am to 2.30pm -  iPad in the classroom

This session will focus on how you and your students can get the best out of an iPAD, a one stop shop for creativity including photography, sound recording, music composition, filmmaking and animation. Please bring an iPAD with you or let us know if you need to borrow one - we have a limited number available.

Tuesday 18 March - 9.30am to 4.00pm -  Animation in the classroom

With examples of cross curricular and themed projects, the day will focus on creative approaches and animation techniques that can easily be adopted in a school or community setting. This session is suitable for both complete beginners and those with some experience.
